We came back to Heirapi for a second integration project, this time connecting a newer ERP instance to the same mainframe we had bridged two years prior. What stood out was how the team reused the earlier API contracts instead of starting from scratch. The original session-handling logic and field mappings were still documented well enough that the new endpoints went live in about three weeks. That follow-up work felt less like onboarding a new vendor and more like continuing a conversation with engineers who already knew our architecture. The second bridge also gave us a chance to tighten the audit logging we had skipped the first time around.
